FEES
Psychotherapy or Mindfulness Training - Individual
50-minute session- $105
75-minute session- $145
Psychotherapy or Mindfulness Training - Couples
50-minute session- $120
75-minute session- $160
Sliding Scale - Reduced fee is sometimes available based on income and need. Please feel free to enquire.
Payment - due at the end of each session with cash or personal check.
Phone Appointments - I will also work with established clients by phone or Skype. Those sessions will be billed via PayPal and can be paid with your credit card.
Insurance - As a fee-for-service mental health therapist, I am an out-of-network provider and do not work directly with insurance companies. I am happy to provide you with a monthly statement that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Your insurance company will generally require a diagnosis code and have limits on treatment. Some clients prefer not to disclose sensitive, personal information to their insurers. We can discuss this further if you wish. If you will be seeking reimbursement, I recommend checking with your insurer about your benefits.

DIRECTIONS TO MY OFFICE
I am located on the west side of Lake Union, at 1800 Westlake Avenue North, right across from the WB 22 and Fox 13 television building. My office is in Suite 304, on the second floor facing Westlake Ave. N. There are staircases at each end of the building.
My office is easily accessible from both I-5, and Hwy 99 (Aurora Ave. N.)
From I-5 North or Southbound, take the Mercer exit #167
1. From ramp stay in the right lane. Turn right at Fairview Ave N,
2. Turn left at the next light (where Fairview ends) onto Valley Street. You should be at the south end of Lake Union.
3. Stay in the far right lane on Valley Street. After about two blocks, the road turns to the right, and takes you onto Westlake Ave. N.
4. Continue north on Westlake Ave. N. to #1800, approximately one-quarter mile on your right.
From Hwy 99 - Aurora Ave N – Northbound
1. Exit right on Aloha Street
2. Turn left at 8th Ave N
3. Slight left onto Westlake Ave N
4. Continue north on Westlake Ave N to #1800 on your right.
From Hwy 99 - Aurora Ave N – Southbound
1. Exit at Dexter Way N with slight right just past the south end of the Aurora Bridge. Go under bridge and onto Dexter Way N heading south.
2. Turn left at Hayes Street
3. Turn right on 8th Ave N.Turn left onto Westlake Ave N, #1800 is on your right.
Parking
There is plenty of parking up and down Westlake Ave N. There is a combination of free and paid parking in front of my building. All spaces that require payment are numbered and are on the East side of the parking lot. There is also a pay lot south of the building.
Metro bus routes 17 and 74 go right by my building.
